How pricing works.
Your bill has one fixed part, seats, and a few usage parts that most teams never exceed. Here is what each one means.

Storage
Measured in minutes of video, not gigabytes, so a ProRes master uses the same allowance as an H.264. Every active version counts, and your whole team shares one pool. Archived versions don’t count.
Studio includes 20 hours per seat. More is $6 a month per 500 minutes.

Processing
We turn every upload into a stream reviewers can play anywhere. Basic is free on every plan. Plus and Premium make higher-quality streams for picture and color notes, charged per started minute of each version.
Studio includes 30 Plus minutes per seat each month, pooled.

Downloads and AI
Downloading an MP4 of a new version costs $0.10 per started minute, charged once. Repeat downloads of that version are free, and versions uploaded before this pricing keep free downloads.
AI tools cost $0.02 per 1,000 AI units. Each tool shows its cost before you run it. Failed and cancelled jobs are free.

Who needs a paid seat?
People who upload and manage the work need a seat. Clients and other people who only watch and leave feedback are always free.
How is Studio billed?
Studio costs $19 per upload seat each month, or $16 per seat each month when billed yearly. Reviewers are free. Taxes and usage are billed separately. Checkout shows the applicable terms before you pay.
Are usage charges included?
Taxes and usage charges are separate from seat prices. Check the applicable limits and usage rates at checkout. Facility capacity and charges are part of your sales agreement.
Where is my media stored?
GradeVideo manages media storage and video delivery. Storage is included up to your plan’s allowance. You do not need to connect or operate a separate storage bucket.
Can I use Facility for a sensitive production?
